Accessibility Statement

ACCESS FOR EVERYONE

We want i-glasses to be straightforward to use for as many people as possible, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use.

Our approach to accessibility

Making i-glasses easier to use

We are continually working to make our website easier to use and more accessible.

When designing and improving the site, we try to follow good accessibility practices so the website is clear, readable and usable by as many people as possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Websites change, browsers change and new features are added, so there may occasionally be parts of the site that could work better for some users.

Using our website

Text size and zoom

You can use your browser's built-in zoom controls to increase or decrease the size of text and other content on the website.

Keyboard use

We aim to make important areas of the site usable without requiring a mouse, including navigation, forms and checkout controls.

Headings, links and forms

We try to use clear headings, meaningful link text and appropriately labelled form controls so that pages are easier to understand and navigate, including when assistive technology is being used.

Images and visual content

Where an image communicates useful information, we aim to provide an appropriate text alternative.

Decorative images may intentionally have no descriptive alternative so that they do not add unnecessary information for people using screen readers.

Colour and contrast

We aim to use readable text sizes and sufficient contrast between text, controls and their backgrounds.

We also try not to rely on colour alone where information or an action needs to be understood.

Different devices

i-glasses is designed to work across desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones, and we continue to improve the experience on different screen sizes.

If you need help

Having trouble placing an order?

If an accessibility issue makes it difficult for you to find a product, enter your prescription or complete an order, please contact us.

Tell us what you're trying to do and where you're having trouble. We'll do our best to help you complete what you need.

Information in another format

If information on our website is difficult for you to access, please contact us and let us know what you need. Where reasonably possible, we'll provide the information in another suitable way.

Accessibility feedback

Found something we can improve?

We welcome feedback about accessibility problems on i-glasses.

Please contact us and, if possible, tell us:

  • The page or part of the site you were using
  • What you were trying to do
  • What went wrong or was difficult to use
  • The device or browser you were using, if you know

That information helps us investigate the problem and improve the site for other customers as well.

Third-party services

Some parts of our service may use technology provided by third parties, such as payment or other service providers. We do not control every aspect of those external systems.

If you experience an accessibility problem with any part of the ordering process, please let us know so we can help and investigate the issue.

Accessibility problem?

Please tell us. A website problem we'd don't know about is rather difficult for us to fix.
