Shipping & Returns


  1. When will your order arrive?
    Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of glasses. Some options such as premium thinner lenses may take a little longer to arrive. Sometimes a particular item may may have to be backordered which can also take a bit longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays to your order.

  2. What if the goods do not arrive?
    You will be sent an email at the time the goods are sent. Delivery takes usually between 1 - 3 days. You must notify us within 10 days of the shipping notification email if you have not received the goods.

  3. Which courier companies do we use
    We use mainly NZ Couriers or Courier Post. Courier service levels can vary, so we select which ever courier we feel provides the best service for your delivery route.

  4. Will we deliver to a PO BOX?
    Yes, in most cases, we can use Courier Post to deliver to a PO Box.

  5. Will we deliver to a rural address?
    Yes, however there is an additional charge for rural delivery and the goods may take up to an extra 3 days to arrive.

  6. What are the current delivery charges?
    North Island $3.90
    North Island Rural $7.50
    South Island $5.10
    South Island Rural $8.50

  7. Will we deliver outside NZ?
    We can deliver to Australia and the UK, however an additional delivery charge will apply.


  1. Can I return the goods?
    Under our 14 day money back guarantee any item that you are not happy with for any reason, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must reach us in its original condition and in the original packaging which must also be undamaged. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us by courier to our Auckland office.

  2. What if the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped?
    In this case you would need to contact us within 10 days, we would send a pre-paid courier pack in which you can return the goods.

  3. Once I have returned the goods do I get a refund or a credit?
    Either is fine. We would either refund you by the same method in which you paid, or apply a credit to your account to use next time you shop with us.
